Technical recruitment and team building for the offshore wind sector
Thanks to our project experience and deep understanding of industry realities, we deliver ready, vetted teams for all project phases—from installation and commissioning through to O&M. As part of the engagement, we define hard requirements (licenses, certifications, system-specific experience) as well as soft requirements (language, rotational work readiness, leadership).
We monitor the validity of GWO training (BST/BTT)—including High Voltage modules (HV Operations, HV Cable Pulling)—as well as offshore medicals, passports, and work permits. We arrange inductions, equipment/PPE, logistics (travel, accommodation, rotations), and onboarding aligned with the client’s systems.
We manage rotations, cover/backfill plans, and competency development, minimizing downtime.

We train our personnel in collaboration with Inter Marine Training – a certified educational and training center dedicated to enhancing the skills and awareness of professionals in the renewable energy sector.

The Inter Marine Training Centre has successfully passed the audit carried out by the certification body Bureau Veritas in the scope of GWO training, obtaining certification for, among others, the latest GWO High Voltage – Operations and Cable Pulling modules. This certification guarantees that all trainings are delivered in full compliance with the official GWO syllabus and are tailored to the highest standards of the offshore wind market – both in terms of procedures and individual as well as collective safety.
